About

Studio Odi*, a wife and husband team creating handmade homewares, furniture and surfaces. Studio Odi was founded by Lotte Nijhof, and is based in Amsterdam. Lotte is an artist and has a background in moldmaking and casting. With Studio Odi, she's found a place to combine the two. After finishing her fine arts degree, Lotte worked in her parents bronze foundry where she learned to make molds. Moldmaking and casting became a part of her artistic practise.

All pieces are made of an eco-friendly mineral powder and acrylic resin composite. We like to mix it up with other beautiful materials like bronze dust and marble sand, to add sparkle, colour and texture. Our surfaces are characterised by their bright colors, nature inspired inlays and craftsmanship and are all hand cast and finished in our Amsterdam studio.
