Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are shipped with PostNL, and tracking will be available. International orders can take up to three weeks to arrive from the moment of dispatching. If you are in need of your items sooner, please contact us at info@studio-odi.com for a quote on expedited shipping.

When your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination, and are calculated at check out.

CUSTOMS

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes vary by country and by items therefore we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

We cannot claim any responsibility for any unclaimed packages where delivery attempts are made. If your order is returned to us, we will be happy to ship your item again, but will need to charge you the shipping fee again. 

REFUND POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS / EXCEPTIONS

- Made to Order Items. Some of our products are made to order and therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If a product is made to order this will be stated on the product page.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lotte Nijhof, Joris van den Berghweg 103, Hal B-West, studio 1.14. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
